2019年10月师大附中听评课简报
师大附中林艳老师的这节公开课是上Module 1 Unit 3 Travel journal 的reading 部分:Journey down the Mekong (the dream the plan). 林艳老师对这篇文本解读得非常到位,切入点非常新颖.
在上课前的课间时间,老师播放了一个MV: Lancang Mekong---A River of Friendship.这首歌不仅起到了热身的作用,而且还为老师之后的问题作准备.(T: From the song, we learn that Lancang Mekong is just a river, not two rivers. Why?)
在课堂上,老师用以下几个步骤来解读文本:
Step One:
老师展示她自己的旅游照,然后问学生Why do people like travelling?
Step Two:
老师先解读文章标题中的down这个词.(T: What can we learn from the word “down”?)引出from north to south 这一信息。然后老师展示一张图片让学生了解湄公河的基本信息.
Step Three:老师继续解读文章的小标题:the dream the plan (what) (decision, preparations)
在这一环节,老师给学生6分钟时间阅读整篇文章,然后针对每个段落提出几个问题.
Para.1: How did they plan before the journey?这一问题解答之后,老师引出material preparation 这个观点.
Para 2:
Q1: What difficulties did they find about their journey?
Q2: Why did Wang Kun tell the difficulties to Wang Wei? (老师引出mental preparation这一观点)
Q3: What did Wang Kun think about Wang Wei?(学生回答后,老师针对Wang Wei的stubborn 提出一个问题Is it a shortcoming?激发学生的批判性思维。)
Para3: Q: What different landforms could they see along the Mekong River?
学生回答后,老师提出问题:Is it necessary for them to search for the information about the Mekong River? What kind of preparations did they make?(老师引出knowledge preparation)
Step Four: Discussion
Q1: Do you think they could finally realize their dream?
Q2:What do you think their journey will be like?
Q3:A(n)_________ journey down the Mekong (这个是让学生填一个词,并说明理由)
Q4:What should we do if we make a journey?
讨论部分是运用实践,检验从输入到输出的部分。
Step Six: Activity (a class trip plan)
这个部分是迁移创新部分。
总之,林艳老师这节课体现了新课标的学习活动观:学习理解、运用实践、迁移创新,是一节成功的公开课。
